4X2 Dongfeng 5CBM Sewer Cleaning Trucks

Sewer cleaning truck also known as combined suction and high pressure jetting truck, it integrates cleaning, absorption and pollution functions to achieve a multi purpose truck. It is mainly used for cleaning urban sewers, collecting pipes, and dredging dead ends. It can also be used for cleaning industrial drainage pipes, walls, cleaning roads and square floors. Sewer cleaning truck fall into 2 type: integrated type and separated type. Integrated type: the suction tank and the water tank are in the front and back of the same tan. Separated type: the front part is the cleaning tank (the water tank), and the tail part is the suction tank.

Sewer suction truck is made up with chassis, vacuum tank, vacuum pump, oil-gas separator, water-gas separator, four way valve, locking device, pressure meter, fecal suction pipe, hanger rod, liquid level meter, hydraulic cylinders,power take-off,hand washing device and etc. High pressure cleaning part adopts Italy HPP high pressure cleaning pump, it configure the 60 meter high pressure tube hydraulic reel.The water tank and the suction tank are two separate tanks. When the water tank is used for cleaning, the suction tank can not be used,since the two functions can not be used at the same time.The basic equipment includes hydraulic cyliner, vacuum pump, ball valve, 5 meter pipe, pressure meter, window for showing liquid level, cleaning system, hoist base, water and oil separator, anti-leaking valve, etc. The optional equipment includes sprinkler, alarm for full suction, double pump, crane, scissor lift, etc.
