Multiple pressure monitoring instruments are provided: vacuum gauge, general pressure gauge, differential‑pressure gauge, venturi‑tube pressure gauge and hydraulic‑system pressure gauge.
Closed‑circuit sampling ports are arranged for pre‑filter sampling, post‑filter sampling and drain‑off sampling purposes.
Equipped with back‑priming diaphragm pump for residual‑fuel recovery, together with custom‑built sampling‑liquid recovery tank.
Hydraulic Lifting Platform & Top‑deck Accessories
A hydraulically operated lifting platform is installed between the driving cab and tank compartment. Two sets of 3.5‑metre DN65 hoses are fitted above the lifting platform, connected via stainless‑steel swivel joints and equipped with pressure‑stabilized coupling valves. Distance‑measuring sensors are installed for safety monitoring.
Tank top surface is covered with anti‑skid protective mesh, fitted with movable safety guardrails. Internal and external access ladders are supplied for tank‑top operation and maintenance.

Two unloading‑valve cabinets and one operation‑control cabinet are supplied.
Two sets of single‑axle stamped‑plate mudguards. Complete side‑underrun protection, rear‑underrun protection, process pipelines, ball valves, sealing gaskets and fastening bolts. All other auxiliary accessories shall comply with manufacturer’s standard specifications.
All steel surfaces shall be thoroughly cleaned. Vehicle marking labels and reflective warning tapes shall be implemented strictly in accordance with manufacturer‑approved standards.
Tank‑body Material & Structural Design
Tank compartment is manufactured from 5182 aluminium‑alloy plate. Cylinder shell plate thickness: 7.0 mm; end‑plate head thickness: 7.6 mm; internal baffle plate thickness: 7.6 mm.
Adopt special aircraft refueller‑type sub‑beam‑free tank mounting design.
Chassis Running Gear
Equipped with two Fuhua 16‑tonne axles, leaf‑spring suspension (air‑suspension is offered as optional upgrade).
Fitted with twelve pieces of 12R22.5 tubeless tyres with standard steel wheel rims (aluminium‑alloy wheel rims are optional).
Anti‑lock Braking System (ABS) is mandatory. Special oil‑guide traction kingpin is supplied. All remaining components and workmanship shall strictly follow original‑equipment‑manufacturer standard requirements.
