How to Maintain Refrigerated trucks in Winter?

With the rapid development of economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards, the quality of life had made a great leap. With the improvement of quality of life, the demand and requirement for refrigerated truck cold chain transportation industry are also increasing.

1.The fuel diesel or gasoline supply of 10 ton refrigerated truck must be sufficient to ensure that the engine at least can run to the next checkpoint.

2. The engine oil level of 10 ton refrigerated truck is supplied at the mark, and do nor supply too much.

3.The 10 ton refrigerated truck coolant check the coolant level gauge to see if the coolant volume is correct and the pointer should be in the white range. If the coolant level is within the red range, add coolant to the coolant tank. Normally, the coolant is a mixture of ethylene glycol and water and should be protected from freezing at the temperature of below the 34 C.

4.The battery terminal of the 10 tons refrigerated truck must be firm, without any corrosion. The electrolyte should be at the full mark.

5. The belt must be good and adjusted to the appropriate expansion. The sag between pulleys is 13 mm from the center.

6. Electrically check all electrical connectors in the electrical control circuit to ensure that they are firmly fixed. Wires and terminals shall be free from corrosion, burning, cracking or moisture.

7. Visual inspection of structure for leakage, loosening or breakage of parts and other damages.

8. Installation gaskets of gasket units should be firmly pressed and be in a good condition.
