The special vehicle chassis of Chengli's independent intellectual property rights had also been gradually recognized and promoted by the modification factory and customers. In this year, Chengli Company upgraded the Kingdee cloud management module system by taking advantage of the blockchain industry advantages of Internet information, big data and smart cloud. Chengli Company took the lead in the national special steam field to launch the BBC special steam after-sales system, upgraded the after-sales service experience and layout of more than 300 physical service stations online and offline, and solemnly held the first batch training session of special steam technical service stations in China. Chengli Company established the first national regional management service center of the special steam industry, and realized seamless operation with the after-sales service station. It solved the industry's stubborn pain points in the after-sales field in the specialty steam field, low-efficiency definition of responsibility, and poor user stickiness.
