The Working Principle of Swing Arm Garbage Truck

Swing arm garbage truck hopper: garbage hopper is a metal welded part, with two form---the open form and the sealed form. When the bulk cargo is loaded into the hopper, the suspension chain is hung, and the hopper can be lifted onto the crane by manipulating the swing arm. When unloading, the hopper is lifted by swing arm and unloaded by hanging chain at the next end after landing. The maximum tilt angle of hopper can reach 86 degrees.

Hydraulic operating system: It is composed of oil tank, oil pump, multi-way reversing valve, hydraulic cylinder, balance valve, hydraulic lock, oil filter and pipeline.

The whole system of the swing arm garbage truck is powered by the gearbox and the power extractor. Manual multi-way reversing valve controls the telescopic motion of the leg cylinder and the swing-arm cylinder. The displacement of the oil pump in this system can be controlled by manual throttle under the vehicle, and the stroke of the valve stem can be controlled by manual reversing valve handle. The system pressure can be set by the safety relief valve, and the system pressure will be overflowed by the safety relief valve when the system exceeds the set pressure. Operating system: The various functions will be transformed by the the system. Before operating the multi-way reversing valve, the oil pump should be driven by a power take-up device.

The expansion and loading and unloading of the legs can be accomplished by controlling the handle of the multi-way reversing valve in the swing arm garbage truck. By operating the throttle handle beside the multi-way reversing valve, the speed of the engine can be controlled, and the flow rate of the system can be adjusted to change the working speed of the mechanism. The first height control valve is used for front suspension control, which has two solenoid valves to control left and right air springs respectively. The second height control valve is used for rear suspension control, and two solenoid valves are also used. In order to prevent abnormal pressure in the air pipeline, a relief valve is used in the second height control valve.
